gyvoice is used to support voice in chatrooms. It makes use of the true
speech codec (tsd32.dll & tssoft32.acm). If you do not use chat rooms,
and/or do not wish voice support (talking/listening) in chat rooms, then
you do not need gyvoice, and you do not need these dlls. (Note: GyachI
being a Open Source Project does NOT supply these 2 codecs, but if you
look around on the net, and/or ask in the gyachi forum at sourceforge,
I'm sure you'll find the codecs...)
